How long will my order take to arrive?
We dispatch within 2–4 working days of payment. Delivery after dispatch is typically:
- Metro cities: 3–5 working days
- Other cities & towns: 5–8 working days
- Remote areas: up to 10–12 working days
You'll get a tracking link by SMS or email once your order is on its way.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! COD is available across India. Just select it at checkout. There may be a small additional charge for COD orders — this will be shown clearly before you confirm.
Can I return or exchange my jhumkas?
We accept returns only for damaged or wrong items, raised within 7 days of delivery. Since earrings are hygiene-sensitive items, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns — same policy as any jeweller you'd visit in person.

How do I care for oxidised jewellery?
Oxidised jewellery is beautiful but a little sensitive — here's how to keep it looking its best:
- Keep it dry. Remove before bathing, swimming or sweating heavily.
- Store in the pouch. Each order comes with a small pouch — keep your jhumkas in it when not wearing them. Air and moisture speed up tarnishing.
- Avoid perfume contact. Spray your perfume first, let it dry, then put your jhumkas on. Chemicals in perfume and hairspray can affect the finish.
- No ultrasonic cleaners. Just wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth if needed.
Will the colour or finish change over time?
Oxidised jewellery naturally develops a slightly different patina with wear — that's part of its character. With proper care, your jhumkas will stay lovely for a long time. We don't make claims about specific durability since it depends on how often they're worn and how they're stored.
